Reposition the Fremantle International Street Arts Festival (FISAF) as a high-calibre arts event, while cementing Fremantle as a ‘festival city’.
In recent time FISAF has been perceived as a ‘buskers event’ rather than an arts festival.
PPR created a multi-faceted campaign to position FISAF as a high calibre street arts festival. This included a targeted media relations campaign and dedicated social media/influencer program that focused on the high calibre art on show.
With the help of PPR’s campaign, attendance to FISAF increased by 50 per cent from 2015 to 2017.
