Solution
Our Food Your Questions (OFYQ) campaign invited the Aus/NZ public to ask questions about food in an open forum. Staffed with 7 full time copywriters, designers and film producers. This 7 month campaign answered 30,000 questions via written responses, infographics and films captured on-site inside the restaurants and at McDonald’s suppliers.
Outcome
Brand tracking saw marked improvement in customer sentiment towards McDonald’s food quality.
